Do any of you have childhood memories of enjoying issues of Nintendo Power? You know, back when Nintendo still published them? Well, it appears that now you can relive those memories. Or even make new ones by reading issues you missed. All thanks to the power of the Internet Archive, along with one great uploader.
[Y]eah ive been collecting manuals, and stuff for systems I grew up with and I wanted to complete them digitally for convenience and ease of use and when i was working on downloading every issue of nintendo power I was surprised when all I could find was scattered collections of maybe half of them. Retromags was a great resource. They have a lot of them.

Still, what's great about the internet is you can find a ruddy boatload of print magazines that have been uploaded and archived over the years, just waiting for your eager eyes to scroll over their glorious pages. One such example is Nintendo Power, a dedicated gaming magazine from Nintendo of America (and later Future US) that ran from 1988 to 2012. Thanks to a group of talented archivists working on a project known as 'Retromags', all 285 issues are now available to download on Archive.org.
Coming in at just over 40GB for the lot, the files are unofficially available in .cbr format, showcasing everything from Nintendo's pioneering NES era to the dawn of the shortlived Wii U. You can download each issue individually, if you wish, but fair warning, it seems the site is getting a bit hammered at the moment, so you might be in for some long waits.
a friend of mine's dad brought back a copy of nintendo power from the US ages ago after a business trip.it was around 1990 and i remember asking the english teacher to translate as we were in elementary school and the english was difficult.it was the issue with super mario world on the cover, snes wasn't out in europe yet...fun times.

i just knew i wouldn't be able to download it in time because i had a work trip. seriously how does this hurt nintendo??? If you don't want free uploads, then upload them yourselves and lets us buy em directly!!!!
Avid Nintendo fan and Reddit User Gumball1989 shared that they had painstakingly downloaded all 285 issues of Nintendo Power and re-uploaded them to Archive.org as a complete collection. According to the resourceful gamer, they needed help from others to source the final two issues missing from the overall Nintendo Power collection. The final issue of Nintendo Power sports an iconic cover that pays homage to the very first issue.
